We are aware that moving can be a stressful time and so our aim is to provide customers with the assurance that any move will go according to plan.

“Good service, dishonest pricing”
I was quoted for one cubic metre of contents, but it was measured to be two. When I asked for clarification, they told me that a single one of my trunks - barely larger than a standard moving box - took up 0.75 cubic metres in itself. The price shot up, and they informed me that my belongings would not be released until I paid up. That being said, the pickup and delivery was smooth and timely, and no items were damaged.

Hello Peter Your effects were measured before loading onto the International trailer at 2 cubic metres. We always insist on clients paying before delivery as in the past we have had unscrupulous customers refusing to pay because of minor complaints, ie collection vehicle was 30 minutes late, was expecting 3 men to unload, not 2 as per the quotation etc. We would appreciate any comments be made to Brian Aspin by phone / email and he will address them directly.

Everything went well and staff very friendly and professional.

The staff pick up our stuff as scheduled but miscounted how many items we have and we had to sign the form with one item less and we could not count in the van what they have picked up. So we have no idea which was the missing item even though they said they delivered all what they picked up. We were not present when they delivered. All items were labelled with our destination address.

Hello Fernando As far as we know everything was collected that had to be moved & whatever was collected was all delivered. There may have been a miscount by our collection team, or there may have been a miscount by yourself. However everything that was pointed out at the collection address was delivered in full.

“Great move Rhodes to portugal”
These guys were very organised and cool about the whole move. It was easy to book with Neil. The guy who picked up our boxes in Rhodes was on time and very nice. Then when the boxes got to Portugal the driver took his van down a very bumpy farm road til he got to the house.and both men were very pleasant We have moved house 14 times. In the last 30 years and this has been by far the easiest. We would thoroughly recommend the service, from start to finish nothing but good customer service Actually made you feel that they were looking after your precious things. 10 out of 10
