I used the services of this Company for a move into Storage. The service I received was prompt, efficient and competitively priced. The young guys used were polite and hard working, nothing was too much trouble. They liased with the Storage facility on my behalf and the job was complete in under 3 hours . This company are so good I'm using them again to move out of storage and into my new home some miles away. It's rare to find good service these days, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Pete came and saw everything I needed packing and quoted me £575, there were no white goods, no beds just 1 mattress, no sofas or dining room sets. I was expecting a large removal lorry but 2 small vans turned up. I'd had a fall on the morning and felt really shaken up and hadn't finished packing everything so because of the packing, meaning thrown in together, he upped the price to £900 and I said we'll round it up to a £1000. Long story short, everything was just thrown into my new house and we couldn't actually access any of the bedrooms nor the ensure because they had left 2 heavy chests of drawers blocking them. They had also put some of my belongings into storage without my knowledge or permission and I was left in no doubt that unless I paid £2100 I wouldn't get those belongings back. Worse move I've ever had and I've moved quite a few times. Get the quote in writing from this fir.

The team were fantastic for our recent long distance house move from Darlington to Cheshire. They are competitively priced and came with two large Luton vans. They treated everything with great care and attention and helped to put the boxes in the right rooms when unloading. Worth every penny we spent and we would use again if I ly we weren't based so far away from them. A definite great local company in the North East region
