Hi shirley Emailed shirley to get more info on why she gave a 6 when i thought we done a good job with her move. Said in hindsight it should have been a 8 out of 10. We did forget to bring wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes so did a double run to collect clothes , so that was our fault. We did rebuild a unit which wasnt built correctly when we moved it and was falling apart. So 8 would have been a more fair score.

Douglas moved all our stuff from storage unit into new home and provided great level of service. The job was slightly more tricky than first thought due to the storage unit being poorly packed by our previous movers but they found solution to this and they kept us updated throughout the job. They worked fast and efficiently and the team we are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

How did you start your business?
Started as a courier business with runs full length of uk then started taking on house moves and havent looked back. All our business is now house moves and has been for years. All vans are now equipped with all equipment for house moves with uniformed experienced porters.
What makes your services standout?
Fine detail. We take note of all items going,do house visits,keep in regular contact with customers on lead up to move. We want to provide a stress free day for them.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Be prepared. Dont leave packing until last minute. Get a house visit for us to view items take list so we can provide an accurate quote.
