Great all round service, they worked really hard, they were all friendly and attentive and showed respect for our stuff. Especially impressed by the packing service, who wrapped everything carefully and took down / put up our beds in no time allowing us and our toddler to get a great nights sleep before and after.

It was really stressful. The movers service turned out to be not very good. We ended up carrying heavy bags ourselves to the van. They couldn’t reconnect the washing machine. When they tried, there was a waterfall of water all over the kitchen, and we had to soak up a lot of it. When we arrived at the new property, the movers had already left, leaving everything in the living room. They texted us that the wardrobes and beds didn’t fit in the first-floor bedroom, so we had to move everything ourselves, even though we had paid for reassembling and connecting everything. They just took the money and didn’t do anything. Thank God our landlords are very nice people and helped us out, but it still took a lot of time and effort. Imagine how heavy it was for two women to carry the wardrobes and beds up from the ground floor to the first floor.

Hi nataliia I apologise if you werent satisfied with our service. Regarding washing machine it is customers responsibility to disconnect and reconnect, but you couldnt so we tried to help. You advised you would have 20 bags but we ended up taking about 60 bags all heavy at no extra cost. Thats why guys asked you to help with bags. You only paid for beds to be dismantled and rebuilt which i know one bed was so apologise if other wasnt. It was a tight staircase and the guys tried to take wardrobes up but it would have cause damaged to the walls so decided to leave them downstairs. You were getting train down so you werent there to advise men when offloading items, where you want them to go so they had to guess. Again we are sorry you werent happy with our service as we always try to help where we can as per our other reviews.
“Good efficient move”
Moved only 5 boxes less than 0.5 mile. Driver was flexible to take another round around building to go through right entrance. Some handling was a bit rough, boxes got slight damage, but not an issue as only clothes.

How did you start your business?
Started as a courier business with runs full length of uk then started taking on house moves and havent looked back. All our business is now house moves and has been for years. All vans are now equipped with all equipment for house moves with uniformed experienced porters.
What makes your services standout?
Fine detail. We take note of all items going,do house visits,keep in regular contact with customers on lead up to move. We want to provide a stress free day for them.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Be prepared. Dont leave packing until last minute. Get a house visit for us to view items take list so we can provide an accurate quote.
