“Our move”
Excellent service provided
“Great Moovers!”
They arrived on time and set to work immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite having to carry everything down stairs from a third floor apartment. Plus up steep steps from the cellar. They worked like Trojans all with good humour and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside for us was that we had booked them to move and that date changed, that cost us dearly!

Excellent customer service from Emma, Rosie and Rich who came out to survey our property. In spite of having to cancel our original move date, Homemoovers were able to fit us in with the new completion date. The guys who moved us were fantastic so thanks Jamie and Don for all your hard work and patience whilst I was waiting for the keys. I would highly recommend Homemoovers they are definitely the best.

Despite the bad weather, the movers tried hard to handle the move smoothly.

The marketing team got straight in touch and offered me a date and time for a removal and storage. I waited only 2 weeks in storage locally and moved 2 weeks later into my new home. I found the staff very friendly and they were as helpful as can be. I wasn’t feeling great for 2 weeks and at the time of the move but had to take a back seat and let the company move me. I’m now relaxing in my new home.

The team were overall fantastic, they worked hard to achieve this and I am grateful for all the efforts of the Homemoovers team. There were some challenges as with any move and the cubic space quoted wasn’t sufficient, therefore not all my items were able to be moved.

There were one or two problems with the move but the company sorted them out and I was very pleased with the service.
“Poor communication”
I requested an 11am start. Initially I was told I would get a call with an ETA at 10am which didn’t happen. Still waiting for the van at 11.40 when I got a call that the van had a flat tire and was awaiting AA. They finally arrived around 2.15pm! The 3 guys who actually did the removal were very polite,helpful and efficient however. Just being no kept updated would have made the day a lot less stressful
