Having had a very bad experience with the previous move I was apprehensive and worried. The move with Oudam and his team was a completely different experience: following an assessment visit we discussed several options regarding the number of people and vehicles, and everything worked like clockwork on the day. Parkers filled the breach when another removal firm failed to turn up on moving day. They got a team to me within two hours and, although they had warned that they would have to charge a bit extra , on top of their previous quote, because they'd have to pull in extra staff, in practice they honoured the quote (which had been one of the most competitive - I wish I'd gone with Parkers in the first place!). They were friendly, efficient and took great care of my stuff. I would recommend them without hesitation.
