TT Removals

They arrived 90 minutes late for the move out, but then I got lost going to the new place and arrived an hour after them! They took my wheel dolly with them!

Removal people were good couple of items were damaged, over the estimate & it is £30 per item VAT not included so twice the estimate

We needed a removal firm at the end of August and we’re really grateful they managed to fit us in when it’s such a busy time of year. They also were super fast and it’s the move which is what we needed as time was of the essence. We had a couple of scratches where some big bits of furniture had been moved but to be fair the house had some tight spaces to move the furniture through and it was nothing that a bit of poly filler and paint couldn’t solve! Overall decent and reliable.

Here is the email we sent to them after the job, we still have not heard back. Unfortunately, I have to report that the service provided was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional, to the point of being insulting. The team arrived over two hours late. From the start, it was clear one worker was completely unmotivated. This became obvious when I had to stop him from carelessly banging our outdoor chairs against the expensive sun loungers. The major issue arose when Jacob neglected to wrap the loungers and TV stands, despite my explicit request. He mentioned he planned to wrap them on the truck, which was unreasonable, as the damage was done before they were even loaded. One of our TV stands now has a chip in the wood. Those tv stands were definitely 2 man lifts he hit the door handle and the door frame before he even left the lounge where he just picked it up. When I confronted the worker about his rough handling of our chairs, he turned away and mumbled under his breath.. ++

Very misleading removal company. Please don't pay upfront. I paid money in full before they came to remove my items. The men that came said their boss did not tell them they would be moving my appliances. This were all listed on the search website and their boss visited my home before given me their quote. They promised to come back the next day to remove my appliances, which they never did. On the 4th day, I paid another removal company to move my appliances. I am yet to hear from TT Removals. Their boss, Jacob keep promising that he would come and collect the remainder of my items. Please, please and please stay away from his removal company. The sound nice but very deceitful. Once they collected your money, the admin lady would stop answering your calls.

Movers were very friendly and engaging. Listened to us and offered solutions. Will recommend any day.

Sought a quote and within a few hrs had a call back, professionally managed and very flexible with delivering the service. Was able to turnaround the move in less than a week. The team arrived as estimated and was a really easy transition from one home to another. The price can't be beaten and made my life so easy, thank you. Also provides several other services including cleaning and disposals, highly recommended.

The team were fantastic and quick to respond to our request. Quotation was clear and when we had extra baggage on the day we were quoted fairly for the extras. Later had issues with a delivery from a different company so called TT removals back who came the same day to assist. Great service and will definitely use again!
