“Excellent service”
The company supported us from start to finish. Their representative came and assessed the job, discussed how we should pack and what they could offer to help. They were also available, prior to our move, to answer any of our queries. On the day, the guys turned up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken or damaged. Their quote was not the cheapest we received, but the quality of service and peace of mind was well worth paying that little bit extra.

We wanted a team to also pack for us. However we also packed a fair amount ourselves over the two/three weeks beforehand. The 4 men who packed and moved us were very hard working, careful and helpful. In fact couldn’t do enough to help us. However I feel the assessment of our needs was underestimated and therefore took longer to move us than expected.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Try to pack into boxes, these can be stacked easier, lifted and can take more items. We can provide these in advance for our customers. List all heavy items as they take up most of the space weight and time during loading. Work through each room listing the key items, its easier to calculate how much space you need and the time that's required. Remember to list white goods, box numbers or an estimate and suitcases etc
