Nothing was too much trouble for the two pleasant, friendly and competent men, in spite of keys not available till the last minute. Can't fault them! Strongly recommend those two men, Barry and....? Sorry can't remember his name.

Loaded and unloaded their vans quickly. Put boxes where I wanted them in my new place.

From start to finish, at point of when a member of the team visited to quote, and the communication afterwards was great. The four man team on the day (19/12/23) were a god send - top floor flat. They were very experienced and made the move out and move in go very smoothly. Really friendly bunch. Despite moving on a rainy day, they took great care when entering both properties. We totally recommend their services to others. Money well spent.

Removal men very helpful. Don't like when the office calls the number comes up potential scam. They drove off with my ladder which I'm still waiting for and not been given a date that it will be delivered.

The team at Relocate Removal and Storage Ltd were very professional at all times during our recent move from Essex to Carmarthenshire. It was a big move and everybody worked really hard on the day both loading and then unloading after a long drive. The unloading was made more difficult by not being able to get two of the lorries on the drive and having to carry everything up a slope near the end of a long day but there were no complaints from anybody. All in all very happy with the way it went and the hard work undertaken by the team on the day. Thank you to all involved in the move from start the finish, you all did a great job!

After being in my home for 38 years, we decided to move. I googled many companies before I decided who to go with. I rang relocate and from the very start the girls in reception who handled my calls were extremely polite. Rob the estimator who came around was a barrel of laughs from start to finish and that is what made me go with relocate. I rang and went ahead with the service spoke to Bill and set the ball rolling for my move date. On the day of the move the van arrived nice and early. The main man explained where and how they would start. Some of my things were not packed and they packed them for me. The four guys that came were fantastic and ever so polite, Please and thank you all the way. At some point another man had come down and I didn't know who it was. I later found out that this was Bill. I was a little disappointed that he hadn't introduce himself. Never mind. The four removal men worked very hard loading 38 years worth. Thank you for taking the stress out of my move.
