“Belfast to Dublin”
Collection and delivery went well and they respected the dates i specified even though delivery was on a weekend. Only small complain is when delivered, they didn't assemble the dining table that was disasembled by them on collection.
“Good price & comms but bit slow”
Great comms with the team, very responsive and through. Price also very competitive although no option for packing service. We also got back £100 as not use full capacity. The delivery time was supposed to be 6 days from London to Dublin, which got pushed back to 7. It also arrived 3 hours later than planned on the day but nice guys and no breakages. Think TMS sub-contract to another company based out of Northern Ireland.

Very hard to write a review for perfect customer service (James). Fast at replying to emails, calls all the time to check for updates. Meticulous in helping with all questions pertaining to our shipment from the UK to the USA. Definitely recommend.
“Amazingly stress free move from London to Spain”
We have worked with Christian at TMS before with great success, so when our daughter decided to move to Spain I contacted Christian and everything slotted into place perfectly.....the delivery took place yesterday to Nerja in southern Spain and the two guys doing the lifting were incredibly helpful and just kept going......Christian was monitoring everything and we have to say a very pleasant experience all round....many thanks.

How did you start your business?
Total Moving Solutions Ltd was formed by myself, James Mallett. Having spent most of my working career within the removal industry and seeing a variety of ways in which businesses worked, I decided to start up my own company to try and develop a stronger. more personable service for clients.
What makes your services standout?
Myself and the team pride ourselves on the service we are able to provide our customers. With the partnerships we have within the removal industry, we have the flexibility to tailor our removal services to meet all of our clients specific needs and budgets. Our hard work is reflected in our vast amount of reviews on the various removal review websites which include Google, Trust Pilot and Removal Reviews, to name a few.
What is your top advice for your customers?
We always strongly encourage customers to ensure that when comparing quotes that they have requested the same level of service and volume of goods, to make comparing a much easier process for them. Secondly, customers should always do their research on any companies that they may be looking to select to undertake their removal, to ensure there are no surprises along the way.
