Being an older female on my own I can't fault this company. From the surveyors visit to give a quote, to the final closing of my new front door, this company treated me and my belongings with the upmost respect and care. They wrapped and packed everything and delivered everything to the rooms I wanted the furniture and boxes to go to. They would not let me lift a finger. No marks or scuffs on the walls. Would highly recommend them.

They make everything so easy and Farooq and his team were amazing and very professionals.

I felt that Plaza Removals can provide more value of money if they reduce their price based on the volume of movement. Apart from this, my experience with them was outstanding, right from the video survey call, and then the proactiveness and outstanding support provided by the team.

The team were excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.

Plaza arranged an in-person visit ahead of the move and provided us with a range of options to choose from. We were initially undecided about whether we needed 1 or 2 trucks (and hesitant due to the cost as it was our first time using movers), but I'm so glad we opted for both to take our belongings AND all of our plants in one go (2 trucks). After shopping around, Plaza were also fair in price. Plaza were communicative in the run up, and on the moving day itself we felt so relieved that we had the help of the 4 strong guys - they were fast working, friendly/polite and respectful and did a great job... even helping to dismantle / reassemble some furniture (one bed took a long time(!) so extra thanks for that one ;) ) They made the whole moving experience a lot less stressful than it could have been, and we would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
