“Professional but friendly”
The team were lovely, very efficient and careful with all our belongings. We paid for packing and disassembling. They sent 2 guys the day before the move to pack up the house, they were friendly and quick and loaded a van that day to make room for stuff from the loft on move day in our house. We have a very tricky bunk bed for our girls and they spent ages disassembling it carefully and reassembling it the other side. Even had to take the doors off the new property to get the fridge in but they never complained! Overall fantastic service.

How did you start your business?
Our company started around 7 years ago as Van drivers for a charity. After round 2 years of supplying that service we then ventured into the removal world. Five Years down the line of us running a removal company we have learnt a great deal about what our customers want and expect from a removal company and we now try to exceed there expectations by providing a service which makes people want to only come back to First Class Removals. We also provide STORAGE now for our customers.
What makes your services standout?
We believe that our services standout more than the majority of other removal companies because we provide a HOUSE CLEARNACE/ WASTE DISPOSAL service. So your moving house and maybe your downsizing and need to get rid of stuff we can offer a disposal service which takes away the added stress. We try to recycle as many of the items as we can by re-selling them or donating to charities. The other items we take to a commercial tip where its then recycled in other ways.
What is your top advice for your customers?
The best advice I can give a customer is to shop around for multiple quotes and see which company feels right for you. Second piece of advise is don't always go for the cheapest option because 9 times out of 10 you won't get a great service so it always pays to pay a little extra for a better service. Last piece of advise is always ask questions. Always make sure the company you choose can answer these for you and but your mind at easy because at the end of the day moving is very stressful.
