Positive- professional, kind, deliver free cardboard, bubble wrap,tape and can take away belonging that won’t fit in the new home. They also come preview the moving date to check and give you an estimation. Negative. They charge on a fix hourly rate. At the visit, I was told that 2/3 hours should be enough, then Igot an email with an estimation of 3/4 hours but was charged 5h30 mns on the day starting from 8.30AM time when they left;they arrived at my place at 9AM though and made a good 20-30mns mins detour going to my new place… I also made them a fresh coffee with croissants for a break. They also took a bed frame upstairs and I had to ask them to take it down back with them when I had mentioned it straight away when they arrived and before we left for the new address… I feel overcharged and that is ashamed: my advise is not to pay before getting the invoice because you get a big surprise and I am was on a budget! You pay on the day of the move: I was too tired to think

Dave and the team did a brilliant job. They provided packaging and boxes a few days in advance. They moved us on a Sunday. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

The efficiency and quality of service from J&M removals was nothing short of outstanding. It was the easiest move I have ever done and I am so grateful. I cannot recommend them enough; I was moving a lot of items over a long distance but it was no trouble at all. Mike was so friendly and everything was moved safely and on one of the days between Christmas and New Year when I didn’t think I’d ever find a van! I am so happy with everything, thank you so much to Mike for everything and if I ever need to move again I’d choose J&M in a heartbeat.
