“honest company”
Worry free. Contact through telephone and whatsapp was convenient. I got worried a few days before the move: is everything going to fit? I sent them another video of the rooms and they could confirm. Furniture carefully wrapped. Even helped carry some heavy goods a few floors up upon arrival.
“Easy move abroad”
Moving abroad, chose the packing service and with additional short term storage option. The guys were friendly, efficient and careful with our items.

Right from the initial quote to the delivery of my belongings, I found this company very professional and approachable. It wasn't an easy move as they had to collect my belongings from a storage company and deliver it to Ireland I have absolutely no complaints and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Really good service! The move from the UK to Italy went smoothly and there was a great communication. Really recommended company
“Poor customer service”
It all started off very good and driver Tony was excellent. Our stuff was taken away and from there it all went down hill. The office was un contactable the day our stuff was due to arrive it never came. I kept calling and no answer. I eventually got in contact with a member of staff through wats app who was off sick but managed to try and help me. Our delivery was 3 days late with no apology. The owner Mario called to take payment on the day our stuff came even tho I tried to call several times to pay with no apology and was very rude on the phone. Its such a shame because Tony the driver was so good that Mario ruined it all.

Thanks for review. I can confirm that we had a slightly delayed as our team got Covid. However we were informed them and customer accept it (all conversation are saved on whatsapp). On delivery date we simply asked for payment. - normal procedure. She should paid after collection, but she did not... Customer said that we did not informed them and she wanted call to Police... We extremely carefully explained her situation, apologised and we also give her £ 300 discount for this delay. We never was rude. Opposite, we tried to find best possible solution. This is more than painful however we wish all the best.

Excellent service and great value for money. Two hard working men got the job done with no fuss at all. Will definitely use them again for our next move and we will highly recommend them to family and friends
