Describe my experience - horrific. What a sham of a company. As if moving is not stressful enough, this company went out of their way to make it as unpleasant an experience as possible. I listed my furniture items on the comparison website so that the 'professionals' could come back to me with quotes for what I needed. Only for them to turn up on the day to say 'No one told us there was an American fridge', (I showed them my request listing said fridge). It was also clear to my (not a removal expert) eyes that there was no way my stuff would fit in the van. Issues - Charged double as they had to do 2 trips - One guy was wearing crocs- suitable footwear for moving heavy items? Doubtful - Personal hygiene made the day even more unpleasant - Most items of furniture damaged in one way or another due to mishandling and lack of care - Sentimental photos disappeared - Constant complaining, huffing and puffing Not enough space to list all issues, but customer care was terrible and I cried.

They gave me false quote and did not mention any hidden charges , on day of move they asked for extra money when half of items already loaded. Asked extra for mileage despite they knew the destination. Even the loader did not recommended their own company, they said they are not paying them well. They left many items and asked for another round full money, despite showing them every item on camera call. They are not Movers they are basically robbers dacoits. Total scam. Stay away

I was initially told the move would cost £350, after I explained that it was a 3 bedroomed house. I paid £70 deposit and on the day of the move I was told I would have to pay a further 570 for one van load of furniture, because they charge per item. This was not explained when I booked the company. Then I was told it would be a further £350 to remove the rest of the furniture, because it would be another van load. I reluctantly paid the £570 and when I asked why it was so much more they said the £350 was only an estimate. I declined to pay for another van load at £350,so half the furniture was left behind in the house. I was eventually refunded £100 after making a complaint. The company refused to refund me the full extra cost. I hired another removal company to move the rest of the furniture. This cost a further £200. Their website needs to clarify that they charge additional costs on the day of the move, depending on how much furniture/ white goods they load into a van.
