LONDON REMOVALS AND STORAGE

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by London Removals & Storage for my recent move from London to Paris. Initially, I was quoted a reasonable price of £800 for transporting 9 cubic meters of belongings. However, upon completion of the move, I was shocked to be presented with an additional charge of £546. The company was not transparent about their pricing structure and failed to clearly explain their so-called pro-rata fares. As a result, I ended up being paying a total of £1345, far exceeding the original quote. The justification provided for the increased price was dubious at best. They claimed that the extra weight of my belongings and additional paperwork handled by a broker warranted the significant price hike. However, I find it unacceptable that these factors were not communicated upfront and were only disclosed after collection was done. Overall, I feel misled and taken advantage of by this company. I strongly advise others to avoid using their service.
