“NOT a professional removal service”
Booked no.1 removals as a service for a 1 bedroom flat. Messaged and fully discussed all the items that would need moving& the service I’d get. We agreed to use them at £65 per hour with a Luton van with just 2 men would more than cover the move. The men got out of the van and didn’t seem to have any idea of what was happening or what would be involved. They kept asking with surprise “is that coming” pointing at boxes, our TV’s, our sets of drawers etc. then continued to tell us that they would only be able to move our regular sized wardrobe if they dismantled it. It’s not one you can put back together once dismantled, so this meant we had to leave it behind I was reassured by customer services that the packing service would be part of it. They didn’t pack a thing. Hours later the van was full. We still had loads more to transport. Which meant they would have to drive all the way back again to collect the remaining items. 11 hours, total to came to over £700.

So they will undoubtedly need to be handled properly. We frequently relocate and never experience any problems with disassembling or reassembling. Our team are highly competent and willing to assist you, but you would rather not. We truly don't mind doing any packing, disassembling, or reassembling. As you can imagine from 2nd floor to 4th floor, During rainy days. However, you can request 4 men and 2 Luton Vans instead of 2 men, and we believe that would be a smaller move. But the truth was quite different. You can let us know how we can assist you in resolving the problems, As we do have proof to show you. Thank you Sir. May God bless us.

“Unclear communication and lack of transparency”
Spoke on the phone to align to having a man and a van move my items from North West London to West London. Was quoted £85 for an hour , which I assumed included ride along. No details of driver was shared ever, and on the day of the move I had to call several times to follow up on status of the driver as they showed up 30 minutes after the appointed time without notice. Driver worked quickly but the move took longer than an hour due to transit time being 45 minutes. After the job was completed they wanted to bill me £85 x2 hours even though originally they had quoted me 2 man and a van for 2 hours at £110. They also tried to charge me £20 for ride along which was never communicated up front. Overall I would save your cash and go with another company that is responsible and transparent with the costs upfront.

Dear Lily, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, The statement you mentioned here are incorrect, We quoted you for £85 fixed price, not by the hourly rate. You also mentioned that you were a student that's why we quoted with the discounted pricing. You also didn't mention that you wanna have a ride. Taking a ride yes of course we do charge additional but you haven’t been charged . The very first we told you that it's £55 Per hour min charge of 2 hours. We have given you the drivers details as well as we have been communicating number of times. So hope this all make sense. Thank you.

How did you start your business?
In 2010, Myself and my brothers purchased a long wheel based Ford transit van to help people move their stuff to and from local areas. In 2021 we rebranded and established ourselves as a leading provider of logistics services in the country. We provide logistics and removals services. The meaning behind our name is that we do everything to be Number 1. We formed the company as a means of generating extra revenue legitimately.
What makes your services standout?
We offer consumers and businesses all around the country the best possible removals and logistical services. Our clients to feel valued and appreciative of the service. Also want them to feel as though they are part of a community of movers. Through communicating with them, whilst offering discounts and incentives for using our services again.
