The team at Dumond were fantastic after we were let down by another company. We couldn't have been happier, they were flexible, calming in stressful moments, and very accomindating on our last minute request. They moved our stuff from London to Scotland and it went seamlessly. 100% recommended to anyone looking for a removals company.

Very quick to respond and took my job on at very short notice. Did an excellent job, very friendly and professional staff who were delayed when a problem arouse with me getting access to the new property.

I have been very impressed with Dumond. Unlike the other companies who contacted me, Dumond came over to my home, in person, to do an estimate on the same morning they made contact with me. It helped that they were local to me, but none of the others offered to visit and instead asked me to produce lists or make videos, which I had no time for. The Manager, Cicero is very pleasant and knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent. The two packers; Gabriel and Thalis, packed our belongings with great care and attention and they were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Dumond. They took all the stress out of this move.

A complex move with some intricate customs paperwork to sort out. Dumond not only had the expertise and knowledge required to deal with on my behalf, but their packing / moving team was BRILLIANT.

We were going to use a different company originally but the company wasn't ready for the new post Brexit requirements. John from Dumond's was very helpful with arranging all the necessary paperwork required after Brexit and managed to get us a date only a couple of weeks later than we originally wanted to leave. Very professional, team arrived early in the morning to load and all of our goods arrived promptly after clearing customs in Poland. Team unloaded everything promptly and no damages to our goods. Very happy customer, highly recommend Dumond's.

Very receptive to our requirements and provided sensible solutions to problems. A physical survey of the task was well conducted and was very useful. Overall time keeping was good and no significant damage was caused to articles being moved. The price was competitive. Staff had limited English so communication on the job was difficult. But we would certainly use them again.
