Mr Bee Removals

Its difficult to review the service received from Mr Bees removal company as disappointingly the men assigned with moving my goods stole cash from my home and had the audacity to ask me for a tip at the end of the job . They asked me for an energy drink 30 minutes into the move - they were not moving much at all only half the contents of a small 1 bedroom ground floor flat,. but i obliged. Prior to the above i would say the cost was good the job was completed on time liaison with the office they were nice and got the job done i would prefer a more professional approach re email confirmation of booking of the job, a reference number, confirmation of deposit received. if the assigned movers hadn't pocketed excess of £150 cash I may have viewed the service as reasonable reminder: despite a pleasant demeanour people cannot be trusted, they are called opportunist for a reason!

Movers were patient and helpful despite the wet weather and parking issues. They're not very efficient with how they pack items though.

The movers did a really good job. They came on time and were really quick.

The list of complaints is long but I’ll sum it up: -They were supposed to help me pack things, I had packed half of the house on my own while 9 months pregnant but when they came they seemed bothered that they had to do any packing at all. -They were in a rush, although I was paying by the hour they did not want to exceed hours but go to another job instead. -They only collected the furniture and some boxes. Leaving behind A LOT of things claiming I did not tell them I had to move everything and the way they put things in the van made it impossible to add anything else there. - Next day I had to get a friend to rent another van for me and come collect the rest of the things £150 paid on top of already paid removal company. - I ain’t able to carry weight, asked 1 of them if he could take the 2 bags of trash I’d filled in outside to the bins and he took them outside and threw it on the floor!Open! - paid £30 for bubble wrap and it’s used only on 2 items (they kept the rest of it)

John communicated promptly when arranging the booking. Things were explained clearly. The men rang me the day before to confirm the job and arrived early on the day.

The removal people were professional.
