“Croydon move”
They arrived 2 hours late. They completed the move in under two hours but still expected to be paid for the 3 hours booked, even though I was their last job.

Mr Bee Removals are value for money. The Movers came to the house and shifted everything efficiently and courteously. But the customer service by certain Mr Bob left us with a bad taste. One also needs to be careful regarding the T&Cs. Not paying attention can lead to extra charges.

Very punctual and efficient services provided by Mr Bee removal. We booked for 3 hours with 2 men and they did the moving within the schedule. Also they helped us to reassemble our dining table and bed frame to be much more stable than before. Overall services is good and we are satisfied.

Its difficult to review the service received from Mr Bees removal company as disappointingly the men assigned with moving my goods stole cash from my home and had the audacity to ask me for a tip at the end of the job . They asked me for an energy drink 30 minutes into the move - they were not moving much at all only half the contents of a small 1 bedroom ground floor flat,. but i obliged. Prior to the above i would say the cost was good the job was completed on time liaison with the office they were nice and got the job done i would prefer a more professional approach re email confirmation of booking of the job, a reference number, confirmation of deposit received. if the assigned movers hadn't pocketed excess of £150 cash I may have viewed the service as reasonable reminder: despite a pleasant demeanour people cannot be trusted, they are called opportunist for a reason!
“Friendly and helpful movers, packing not great”
Movers were patient and helpful despite the wet weather and parking issues. They're not very efficient with how they pack items though.

What is your top advice for your customers?
If you want to put your feet up and relax, our well trained and FULLY INSURED staff do the packing, transfers, loading and unloading into various places on instruction from the customer.
