Came 30mins late. Wasn't dressed for removals. Despite having a telephone conversation no equipment was brought to remove my small American fridge freezer leading ti the 2 work men to drop it 3 times and in the 3rd time the man cut his finger so bad that blood was everywhere... The owner then cancled the job as we wasn't happy with the item being dropped 3 times. The owner even told me to "f**k off" I will never suggest using Mr Bee removal to any of my friends as and family nore will I use 'get a move' for suggesting them.

had to book van at short notice, process was easy and smooth. Wunmi at the admin team was very prompt and helpful with all questions. Removal team of Jamal and Khaled were great , quick and efficient. completed the job much faster than expected. would definitely recommed

I was let down by another firm, who emailed me at lunchtime, the day before I was scheduled to move, that they couldn't find a driver and would refund my money. Ironically, they featured in the list of six who could help when I contacted Getamover! I won't shame them here. But I'm pleased because, from the moment I spoke to Mr Bee Removals, I received nothing but courteous and professional service. They sent me their rates, we agreed what was needed and I paid a deposit. The guys arrived on time, loaded my contents with care and did the same when they unloaded everything into my new flat. The panic from the day before gave way to a relaxed and enjoyable move. I highly recommend them.

I honestly don't know how they can operate so cheaply. The guys who did my move were brilliant. This is the 2nd time I'm using Mr Bee, I used them 3 years ago as well. However, they did originally quote for 3 hours and it took 4 hours (which I expected).

They arrived 2 hours late. They completed the move in under two hours but still expected to be paid for the 3 hours booked, even though I was their last job.

Mr Bee Removals are value for money. The Movers came to the house and shifted everything efficiently and courteously. But the customer service by certain Mr Bob left us with a bad taste. One also needs to be careful regarding the T&Cs. Not paying attention can lead to extra charges.

Very punctual and efficient services provided by Mr Bee removal. We booked for 3 hours with 2 men and they did the moving within the schedule. Also they helped us to reassemble our dining table and bed frame to be much more stable than before. Overall services is good and we are satisfied.
