Very friendly and professional.

I've used Mr Bee twice. 1st occasion- late by 2/3 hours The message was not passed on that I requested packing and I hadn't speak to the 'manager' several times to discuss things already agreed. 2nd occasion- late by 1h 30 minutes, not even an acknowledgement/apology. They weren't very good, dropping boes, not properly stacking, broken class I saw after they left. Again, the message wasnt passed on about the address and other bits I already agree. They tried not charge 20 extra for stairs being at the arrival property. I have seen various reviews with this same complaint. The 'manager' Bob thoguht it was acceptable to raise his voice and talk to me like a fool, lacked professionalism, rather then explaining he resorted to talking down to me right away. His proof that I have the wrong information was screen shots of another customer, from months earlier. I have still yet to see where I selected ground floor. I gave a second chance never again. Rude aggressive and unprofessional.

The fact the driver haven't returned my router and controller, weren't to amused at all. Had to fork out another £60 for them a new router etc. The quality of the move was good and nothing was broken.

Confirmed quickly & let me amend booking really easily, guys on the day were friendly & super efficient.

Arranging was easy, the movers came over and got the job done quickly and with minimal fuss. They were lovely and they worked hard.

Office staff - one was extremely helpful/friendly/kind, the other was curt and defensive at all times. Moving staff - friendly, helpful and flexible. The two people who came to my flat did not appear to be particularly experienced packers, but broadly they did a good job. One major issue: at 9am the day of removal, the defensive office person rang me to say the movers were on their way but unfortunately the company who provided their bubble wrap had not delivered anything that day ... so please could I buy one? I asked about other options: no, the movers could not buy it from a shop on the way; and no, I could not place an order at a shop along their route for them to collect. In effect, either I somehow acquired a roll or the packing wasn't going to happen. It was sheer fluke that I found somewhere nearby that sold this product. The movers were able to pack; but it still rankles that I was expected to magically acquire a bulky and costly item at two hours' notice.
