Arrived on time and friendly. Really should have supplied 3 men as took a lot longer to move than expected and 1 of the movers seemed to stop helping to assist putting beds together when he should have been unpacking the 2nd van with us. As I was paying by the hour this didn't seem right.

The move itself went really smoothly. The company came from their depot in Randalstown rather than Belfast which they didn't tell me about in advance and this increased the cost significantly

Guys arrived at 9:45, I had been expecting them from 9am. They left again at 1:15 having finished the job, they were pleasant and accommodating, and did the job well. I hadn’t realised I would have to pay their travel time to the job until I was settling up, apparently it was in the terms and conditions, which I clearly hadn’t read. The travel time from Ballymena and Antrim they calculated at 45 minutes each way which surprised me as I do the trip at least half a dozen times a week and it’s a 20 minute trip.

Started Mackenzie removals and storage 30 years ago we took it over from my uncle who was in the business before that and retired
