This was a big move, with several large, antique and sentimental pieces, all pointed out on the survey. We were impressed with the surveyor and took the quote on this basis. However, we were not impressed with the actual removal guys, who tried to do too much, carried things badly and didn’t work as a team. We experienced several breakages and damage to furniture. Not all unpacked yet, though the worst was at the beginning. Moving is stressful enough - we didn’t need the worry of damage to our goods as well.

Hannah from office was very efficient and understanding when our move was delayed at the last minute. When the men arrived on the day of the move nothing was too much trouble, they were organised and efficient which made our move day stress free. We have already recommended Arrowpak to our estate agent and would highly recommend them to anyone else requiring their services.

Arrowpak did an excellent job of moving us at short notice. They were friendly with us and our kids, took excellent care of everything, and discussed every part of the process with us to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time. They loaded our considerable amount of stuff quickly. Arrived at the new property, 240 miles away, as quickly as could be expected. Unloaded quickly to the correct rooms. Friendly, polite and efficient. We were very happy with everything.

you went out of your way to help us move--Kristie moving other things to be done the three guys did wonders and repacked the lorry after not thinking it would all fit in it fabulous job done from start to finish -- felt at ease from start to finish and kept in touch with things
