We were looking for storage when we had to split our chain during a house sale, after looking at the national storage companies we were told about Alexander Hough storage and went to get a quote, not only is Matthews facility significantly cheaper than the other companies we enquired with,it was very straight forward to acquire a unit. Jade showed us around and was incredibly informative putting us at complete ease. We took them up on the service to move us into storage and it certainly took a lot of the stress out this trying time. Matt and his team turned up at the time arranged they were all polite, professional, and clearly very good at their jobs. They handled our goods as if they were their own. On completion we decided to use Matt again due to convenience and how impressed we were so far with the company. They met us at our new home and unloaded efficiently and again with a clear eye for detail, placing all of our goods where we asked them to go. Nothing was too much trouble.
