“Bad move”
The move was a total nightmare, although the staff were friendly and cheerful, the whole move was very rushed. From the time the men arrived it was impossible to keep track of what was gone on the van but not ready to go. It was supposed to be a 3 day move but most of the contents of the move were transported on the first day, the second day the van left at 11am and because the move was 150 miles away there was no time for me to tidy up and be at the new place to see the unloading of my things, therefore most if my boxes were just dumped in the wrong places. Garage stuff was in the house a couple of boxes of food and cleaning stuff was dumped in the barn. Washing machine connections were left behind, furniture had been dismantled and just left in bits. It became obvious when unpacking the boxes that the had been handled badly because there were several broken items of China, glass and one ornament. There were items damaged, one small table left in the barn broken with a leg missing.
“Moving a short distance.”
3 splendid men arrived exactly as promised bang on time. Dan, the man in charge, sized up the scale of the job and immediately the team went into action seeming to have no difficulty in shifting large heavy items. All the team were very affable, nothing was too much trouble and the job was achieved over 2 days, making what can be a very stressful time easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much to Safari.

How did you start your business?
The business was started as a man and van service, since then we have invested within the Company and now operate a fleet of removal trucks. In Feb 2018 we opened our own storage warehouse in Westbury. Then in October 2018 we became members the BAR.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Get the survey booked for someone to visit and provide you with an accurate quote for your removal. We advise this is done in advance so that once you have exchanged you can just call and book your move taking some of the stress away from a stressful time.
