Paid for a stress free service to move all my big items and re build beds etc. Started off with a broken van ok these things happen, people turn up, didn't know the whole job. Broke a bed and also the fridge freezer plug. Then phoned their friend round to help who took two young kids and left them in my livingroom unsupervised. Finally job as completed as could be 7 hours later. Ended up being insulted by the driver when he said he thought we were a decent family but apparently we are not because we complained about the service
“Too expensive due to their 2 hours minimum”
Too expensive , you should consider starting your minimum as an hour not 2 because some people like me only have a feel things to move that doesn’t even take up to an hour but you are charged for 2 hours which is not fair .

How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
