“Beyond disappointed.....”
My experience with AnyVan is more than the 1000 characters that they allow you to write a review, so here is shortened version! * Good initial booking call with Nigel * Given a quote for job on the date I wanted. * £109.00 was 40% cheaper than the competition. * I would be able to activate tracker on the day to see where van is - would be between 10-2pm. * I WOULD GET A PHONE CALL AN HOUR BEFORE THE DRIVER WOULD ARRIVE. What actually happened on the day, was the only phone call I got was from the driver to say he was at the storage unit and would only wait 15 minutes. * received a call from Genieve Cust services saying I could get delivery rescheduled for an extra 50% of the booking price! Another £54.00! Venus fly trap selling..bang goes 40% saving! Her only answer was that I should of of looked at tracker, but stupidly I was waiting for PHONE CALL and preparing lunch for my ill mum Beyond disappointed with AnyVan and wouldnt recommend them. Stick to local couriers in the area.

Hi Fiona, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your AnyVan booking. Upon review, we can see the Transport Provider activated their tracking around 1 hour prior to arriving at collection. The tracker does provide a notification once this is activated, and you can view the Transport Providers progress along the way. Unfortunately, as they are on the road, it is not always possible for them to call. We can see your booking was rescheduled, and has now been successfully completed. Kind regards, AnyVan

“Quality has seriously been compromised.”
I've used Anyvan services since 2016 and never had a bad experience except in the last one. As a company, they are great with their customer support (and support through WhatsApp- that's a great integration, quite helpful and responsive). The Movers themselves are subcontractors I guess. The last ones were straight out of a horror movie. They kept me on the edge until they moved everything, breaking bits and pieces of furniture where possible and generally couldn't care a dead rat's @$$ for property. The kitchen knives were just thrown into a box, for example, without properly securing. It was lucky that nobody got hurt. The dining table, tv unit etc wasn't dismantled before moving leading to cracks and joints undone beyond repair. The insurance didn't work because your excess half the cost of the move itself. So although not directly Anyvan's doing, I'll perhaps not take their services again because their KPIs for subcontractors seems to have suffered a lot since they started.

We can see you had opted for the comprehensive insurance cover via Fiducia, and the excess fee is agreed at the point of sale. Excess fees are typical with all insurances, and would be deducted from the final settlement of your claim. How did you start your business?
AnyVan started in 2009 when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and be better for the environment. Now, 13 years on, we’ve celebrated some incredible milestones including helping over three million customers as well as saving 49 million kilograms of CO2!
What makes your services standout?
Book now, pay later. You can organise your home removal free of charge and only pay three days before it's set to take place - once you know you're all set to go! Not sure when you'll need a removal? Change your move date as many times as you need to with no admin cost. Once booked, our moving concierge team stop those countless phone calls to all of your providers to change your address, connect your utilities and ensure your home setup is effortless for free with any home move.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Get organised early. Even if you don't know your move date, AnyVan will allow you to provisionally secure a removals team free-of-charge so you have peace of mind that when you've got a date, you're all sorted!
