The team were easy to work with from start to finish. The girls in the office did a video tour and the quote arrived quickly. Even with a few changes, I felt that they knew what I wanted (a good balance between what I could do myself and what they could do). On the day the team turned up on time, and the house was cleared fast and efficiently. Most importantly, was nothing was too much trouble - the team always let me know if something needed extra attention or if they wanted my input. Overall, great office staff and great movers!

“Made moving house almost pleasant”
We moved 200 miles from London to York and I'm so glad that we used Swans. Aleksandra knew what she was doing and made intelligent choices behind the scenes and we had the dream team of Ricky, Jake and Curtis on the day who were so kind and helpful that we couldn't have been better taken care of. We had been so stressed, but their calm and efficient attitudes helped us to settle and moving day was as easy as it's possible for such an event to be. Would definitely recommend. Their quote was also very good.

What is your top advice for your customers?
Make sure you went through everything with your removal account manager or the surveyor that came to see you. Always get a accredited and well established removal company to deal with your move to avoid the headache.
